PVC laminated tarpaulin is a mixture of PVC resin powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, etc., which is heated and melted by a machine (generally an extruder, an internal mixer and an open mill) and then passed through a calender roll to pass PVC. It is pressed into a sheet and attached to the base fabric to form a finished product.
PVC knife coated tarpaulin is a PVC paste in which a PVC resin is dissolved in a plasticizer, and is formed into a glue-like PVC paste, which is then coated on a cloth base and dried in an oven to form a finished product.
