DERFLEX has a strict photography printing vinyl quality control system from the film production to the final vinyl product. DERFLEX photography printing vinyl products include printable PVC self-adhesive vinyl, with clear glue, grey or black glue, and bubble free, polymeric PVC vinyl material also available; one-way vision vinyl, transparent vinyl
For the normal self-adhesive vinyl, we test the film printing quality every 500 meters production; and the thickness of the PVC film and the film width of the PVC film roll was tested before the final production. And we will test the adhesion of the glue after it’s produced.
For transparent vinyl adhesive, the transparency is most important. After it’s applied to the glass doors, it seems that the picture is directly printed onto the glass.
For the perforated photography printing vinyl, we have different perforation machine, to make different light transmission standard.
