I:Main classification of anti-scratch coating tarps
According to the different coating materials, there are three types: PVC coating, PU coating and semi-PU coating.
Depending on the coating process, there are mercerized leather, matte, anti-dermis, wrinkle leather, etc.
There are also classified according to functions and characteristics. Such as: colored glue, PVC coated, silver coated, calendered, flame retardant, PA moisture-permeable, PU moisture-permeable and transparent, etc.

At present, there are three most commonly used process methods for processing coated fabrics: namely: calendering method, melting method and knife scraping method.
The knife scraping method represents the most advanced coating fabric processing technology at present, and its product performance has obvious advantages over products produced by other processes in many aspects.
Our process is the knife scraping coating process. Generally speaking, the weaving of the base fabric, the preparation of the slurry, and the control of the production process are the key factors for the quality of the knife coating product.
Since the base fabric determines the strength of the product, and the production speed of the knife-scraped coating is faster and the format is wider, any fault in the quality of the base fabric will result in a decline in product quality.
The formulation of the slurry directly determines most of the performance of the product, so it constitutes the key technology of the knife coating process.
