The PVC Foamboard is divided into a free foam board and a Crust foam board.

Free foam board, although price better, for UV printing, because the surface is too soft, it is easy to produce scratches and dents.

 The surface of PVC Foam Sheet has a crust layer, that is, a non-foaming layer. The surface has high hardness and resist scratched and dents.So it is more suitable for UV printing.

We make semi-glossy surface and Matte for PVC Foam. If the skin of PVC Foam is too hard and smooth and it has an effect on ink absorption.
