1. For the raw oil container bags, to carry the oil mixed with sands, earth, etc..
2. For the pure oil carry, the poly bags are used for maintain the oil during transportation.
3. For the Gas carry. There is gas together with the oil developing.
No matter what the container bag will be used for, there would be the strength requirement for the poly bags. So there would be very strict condition for the providers who supply the PVC coated tarpaulin material.
