The car paint protective film is a thermoplastic polyurethane film (TPU), containing anti-UV polymer, anti-yellowing, super toughness, abrasion resistance and no yellowing, easy to stick, anti-collision and scratching, and can be used after installation. 3.1  Adhesives applied to transparent TPU film

First scan the film with an electron beam, then apply glue on the film, and then compound it on the film surface of the TPU substrate. Of course, all of this is machine-based production, and humans only need to be supervised.

4.     Cut film into rolls

It is necessary to cut the produced film. At present, the recognized paint surface protective film specification on the market is 1.52m*15m (width * length). According to this specification, it is cut into rolls, and then printed with watermark logo, roll number, QR code, Labeling and packaging into boxes.

PPF car film is designed specifically for physical protection against light road debris and scratching on paintwork. It is different from sealants which are usually in liquid form and are designed for UV and chemical resistance. Sealants harden up the clear-coat on your paintwork, but are not designed to protect your vehicle from physical damage. For this reason, both PPF and sealants can be used on vehicles to protect the panels in different ways.

Sealants is a kind of chemical substance, which achieves brightening, enhancing the hardness of the paint surface, anti-corrosion, anti-scratch, etc. by crystallization on the paint surface; the car protection film is a high-strength and high-toughness film, and a better TPU material which achieve an excellent balance of hardness and toughness, directly worn on the body of the car, forming a 360-degree no dead angle protection for the paint surface of the car.
