Fish Treatment Tarpaulins
Section responsible for the manufacture of tarpaulins for the treatment, bathing and protection of fish in salt or fresh water, having different types of fabrics and designs according to the requirements and needs of each company. Costs vary according to the model and raw material used. DERFLEX has developed a fabric specially designed for this use, with high mechanical strength, flexible, low weight, waterproof, with UV treatment and much higher quality than the fabrics that are currently on the market.
All our models have additional resistances such as high tenacity polyester slings, base reinforcements and lateral edges to transfer these reinforcements to the work force, thus increasing and securing the workload. Also included are counterweights with chains, in PVC / Polyester waterproof sheath, in order to support their vertical working position. Additionally, metal hoops, moorings and floats on their upper edge.
DERFLEX aware of the high demands in terms of pollution, in farming centers, has established a mechanism of clean production based on the sectorization of work units, preventing cross-contamination in the tarpaulins of the different clients during manufacturing.
