I Description for Luminous Film
Luminous Film is a 9-mil, rechargeable, durable, “glow-in-the-dark” vinyl for use with the GERBER EDGEÒ, GERBER EDGE 2Ò, and GERBER EDGE FX™ thermal transfer printing systems, in conjunction with Color Series Foils. This film recharges with as little as three minutes of exposure to sunlight, fluorescent, or incandescent light, but longer exposure will improve performance. A perceptible glow can be detected for up to seven hours. This film is compatible with Gerber High Performance Series 220, 225, 280, and 280i vinyl films. No heavy metals or radioactive materials are used in the production of this product.
Glow in the Dark Film is nontoxic, nonradioactive and totally harmless to humans and environment. Due to the fact that luminescent film has a silky and matt surface it can be used in various types of printing: screen printing, solvent printing, large format digital printing and others. To apply the picture to the surface of the film you can use an ordinary printer.
Luminous film can perfectly complement other products from Noxton: Glow in the Dark Paper, glowing paintings and luminescent safety signs.
