Solar panels made of PC have excellent impact resistance and can be maintained over a wide range of temperatures (-40°C to +120°C) for a long time.

● Flame retardancy: According to the national GB8624-97 test is a flame-retardant B1 grade, no fire drops, no toxic gas.

● Temperature resistance: The low temperature embrittlement temperature is -100°C, the high temperature softening temperature is 146°C, the allowable temperature under long-term loading conditions is -40°C~+120°C, and the short-term carrying temperature is -100°C to +135°C.

● Sound insulation: It has good sound insulation and is internationally the first choice for noise barriers on freeways. The soundproofing characteristics of materials are determined by the hardness, weight and physical structure. For example, the maximum sound intensity attenuation of a 10mm thick hollow double-layer board is 19dB; the maximum sound strength of a 16mm three-layer hollow sunlight board is 21dB; the maximum sound intensity of a 6mm endurance board is 29dB.

● Thermal Insulation: One of the synthetic resins with a small coefficient of linear expansion of the PC solar panel. The coefficient of linear expansion of the plate in different directions is slightly different, with an average of 0.065 mm/m.°C. The thermal conductivity of the PC solar panel differs greatly from that of general synthetic resins. It is 1/4 of glass, 1/300 of iron, 1/1000 of aluminum, and 1/12000 of copper, which is a material with good heat retention. Multi-layer hollow sun board insulation is particularly good.

●Difficulty in condensation: The anti-fog drop board adopts Bayer's anti-fog material and technology from Germany. After high-tech infra-red special processing, the surface of the board is evenly distributed with high-density anti-droplet coating. The role of the anti-droplet coating is to increase the surface tension so that the water mist formed on the surface quickly condenses into water droplets and slides down along the wall.
