The principle is to make low-energy and easy-sublimation disperse dyes into ink through a sublimation digital direct spray machine, which is sprayed on a specially treated polyester fabric. By heating (180-210 degrees Celsius), it can be complicated in 5-20 seconds. Multi-color images are printed on materials such as chemical fiber fabrics, and color-fixed to directly produce finished inkjet fabrics, which are suitable for increasingly environmental protection requirements and rapid production needs. The color fastness and water washing degree of the sublimation direct spray cloth reach 4.5 or higher. Compared with the traditional transfer paper, sublimation canvas fabric has a better picture and sharper edge effect; environmental protection, no need to use transfer paper, save resources, reducing the impact on the environment; increasing the convenience of operation, avoiding errors caused by the movement, folding and distortion of the transfer paper.
