PVC oxford Fabric refers to the Oxford fabric billet coated a layer of PVC glue, smooth surface and 100% waterproof. PVC Oxford fabric have many properties, such as waterproof, mildew-proof, cold-resistant, anti-aging, anti-static and etc.
