Textilene fabric is a special textile produced by a shuttleless machine. It is a composite yarn with a special cladding structure, that is, a PVC sheath core yarn. The core is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament, and the cortex is anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet radiation PVC material. The polyester filament yarn is stretched and wrapped, and cooled by light to form a composite line with smooth surface, waterproof, oil-proof, non-toxic and cool feeling. The warp yarn is made into a weaving shaft through an intelligent warping machine, and the net is directly woven on the winding rapier loom without being sizing, and then finished into a final product.

Textilene composition: 70% PVC, 30% high strength polyester yarn.

Production process: 1, environmentally friendly native PVC coloring. 2, has been colored PVC belly high-strength polyester yarn. 3. Complete the warp around the tube. 4, weaving on the loom. 5, repair cloth heat shaping treatment to complete the production of mesh.

Textilene mesh can be made into beach chairs, sun shades, gardening, protective fences for construction and agriculture, upholstery, placemats, dish mats, coasters, tablecloths, carpets, tarpaulins, etc.
