II.How to use the soft digester?
Due to the difference in fabric thickness, material and finished product volume, the pressure it can withstand is not fixed, generally between 0.3kpa and 10kpa. To ensure safety and prolong the service life of the biogas bag, a safety exhaust valve should be installed to control the pressure within the rated range. The user can choose the product of the corresponding material and the safety exhaust valve according to the required rated air pressure.
1. FOR Biogas storage bag:
In view of the current situation of biogas development in my country, it is necessary to produce biogas storage bags. First, the pressure of biogas digesters currently built in various places is generally 10kPa. When gas is produced for a long time in summer, a large amount of biogas escapes from the water pressure room, overflow hole and safety valve, which cannot be fully utilized. Second, the gas chamber of the small household biogas tank is too small to maintain the gas supply pressure like a hydraulic biogas tank, so the sustainable use time is short. Then How to use the air bag?
(1) Choose a flat place to place it to prevent sharp objects and poultry damage.
(2) When using small bags under two cubic meters, press an appropriate amount of weight on the bag to ensure the use of air pressure. Larger biogas bags should be equipped with a biogas booster pump.
(3) Check the tightness by applying soapy water, and repair the air leak with PVC plastic adhesive.
2. For Soft biogas digester
The soft biogas digester is a biogas fermentation device mainly made of human and animal manure, sewage and other materials. It is suitable for family use. The specifications can be large or small, and various types of pools can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
Then How to use the soft digester?
(1) Basic conditions of biogas fermentation: strict anaerobic environment; appropriate amount of inoculum (sludge in biogas digester or activated sludge under septic pit, sludge in slaughterhouse sewer); appropriate amount of fermentation raw materials; high temperature; suitable PH value.
(2) The biogas raw materials, such as cow dung and pig manure, can be composted, and a small amount of quicklime can be added to adjust the pH. Generally, the compost is composted for 3 to 5 days. The accumulation and production conditions of anaerobic bacteria can be quickly formed by composting, and the biogas can be loaded into the biogas. After the bag can reach the peak gas production in the shortest time, it can be put into the soft biogas bag. Seal one end of the material port with a splint, and add 100~200 kg of sewage and biogas residue while adding biogas raw materials from the other material port. After filling, seal it with a splint, and push the biogas bag to mix the materials evenly. Generally, it takes 2 to 5 days. Gas can be used. If the gas produced at the beginning is not easy to burn due to the mixed gas, it must be discharged. Generally, it can be discharged 1~2 times before it can be used on fire. One feeding can be used for about six months, and when the gas production drops significantly, the material should be prepared in advance for retting. With the circulating biogas tank with inlet and outlet, the biogas material can enter and exit the gas for continuous gas production at any time.
