Rubber coated fabrics are flexible composite materials with different rubber compounds depending on the end application of the fabric. It is formed by applying bonding agents to either one or both sides of the fabric base. Rubber coated textiles are typically manufactured using either the spread coating or calender coating process. After the coating is cured it creates a strong bond between the rubber and the fabric. The final product after coating and curing is solid and flexible. It has a good stability and is washable, durable and much stronger than uncoated fabrics. They can be weather, oil, chemical gases and fuels and temperature resistant.

Alternative surface treatment for one side and both sides is available to keep the surface self-clean ability, so as to reach longer life span. The rubber coated polyester fabric can be digital printed after surface treatment to hang from lampposts with adverts.It can be produced according to RAL, PANTONE color sheet, or customer samples, even super transparent.
