PVC Coated Fabrics are those made with polyester scrim and coated with PVC.PVC coated fabrics are most commonly made with a liquid PVC coating on both sides of the scrim. This is done in a knife coating process.

In many cases, a finishing topcoat is applied which provides better resistance against dirt by sealing off the plasticizers in the PVC, which otherwise migrate to the surface and make it sticky. Some finish coatings provide additional UV resistance which extends the life of the fabric, and some provide a surface that is dirt-repellent.

These fabrics tend to be highly durable, often lasting for two decades. We use specialized equipment in our manufacturing which allows us to offer up to a 25-year pro-rated manufacturer warranty on the highest quality architectural fabrics.

PVC-coated polyester is 100% polyester with a smooth poly-vinyl chloride coating on the back and a subtle texture on the front. It can be used for things like luggage, bags, cases, and protective coverings. This polyester is waterproof and does not fray, rip, or tear, making it strong and durable for all types of applications.

III PVC coated tarpaulin description and advantage:

1. The material is made of polymer PVC fabric coated biogas membrane material, which has strong air tightness.

2. The product is made by high-frequency heat-sealing, processed and produced at one time, and has the functions of anti-aging, flame-retardant,

acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, insect resistance, mildew resistance, frost resistance, sun exposure, lightning protection, and earthquake resistance.

Scaling performance well, not affected by the climate temperature difference.
